Refund Policy

CursorHop is a one-time purchase product. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and offer a straightforward refund policy.

1. 14-Day Full Refund

You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your first purchase date. This applies to your initial license purchase regardless of which tier (Pro, Pro Plus, or Max) you bought.

  • The refund covers all payments made within those 14 days, including any upgrades.
  • Your license tier will be set to revoked. You will lose access to all paid features immediately. The free trial does not restart after a refund.
  • To purchase CursorHop again after a refund, you must buy a new license at full price.

2. Upgrade Refunds (After 14 Days)

If you upgraded your license (e.g., Pro to Max) after the initial 14-day window, you may request a refund of your most recent upgrade payment only. Your license will revert to the tier you held before the upgrade.

  • Only the price difference you paid for the upgrade is refundable.
  • Your original purchase is not refundable after 14 days.

3. Lifetime Refund Limit

Each CursorHop account is limited to 2 refunds total. After your second refund, all future purchases are final. This policy exists to prevent abuse while still protecting genuine customers.

4. How to Request a Refund

  1. In-app: Log into your account at cursorhop.com/account/refund and submit a refund request. This is the fastest method.
  2. By email: Send a request to support@cursorhop.com with the email address associated with your account.

5. Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment method (the card or payment method used at checkout). Your bank may take additional time to reflect the refund in your statement.

6. Exclusions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in the following cases:

  • Suspected abuse, fraud, or manipulation of the refund system
  • Accounts that have already reached the 2-refund lifetime limit
  • Requests made after the applicable refund window has closed

7. EU Right of Withdrawal

Under EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, for digital content delivered immediately (such as software downloads), you may waive this right at the point of download.

When you download CursorHop, you will be asked to expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal once the download begins. This is separate from our voluntary refund policy above, which we offer to all customers regardless of location.

If you are an EU consumer and have not yet downloaded the software, you may exercise your right of withdrawal by contacting us at support@cursorhop.com within 14 days of purchase.
